Poputka24 operates the web application at p24.su and the Telegram Mini App @poputka24bot. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Poputka24 is a ridesharing notice board that allows users to post and browse trip, order, and cargo listings. We do not act as a transportation provider or intermediary — we only provide a platform for users to find each other.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information in your listings.
• You are solely responsible for any agreement you make with another user.
• You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• You must not use the service for any illegal activity.

3. Listings

• Each user may have one active listing per category (trip, order, cargo) at a time.
• Listings are visible to all users of the service.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Poputka24 is not responsible for the actions of users, the accuracy of listings, or any disputes arising between users. Use the service at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
